On macOS Monterey, the FMS Data Manager doesn’t login. The screen “Loading, please stand by” is presented but nothing ever happens. This a new behavior. I have the latest version from your website installed.

You might try uninstalling, and reinstalling latest FMS Data Manager.
It is still in beta, yes. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest FMS Data Manager. This an early report that you may potentially have broken users when it is finally released.
