Hi, when trying to install the FMS Data Manager it continually fails. I’ve downloaded the installer from navigraph.com and turned off antivirus. The screenshot is the error I get every time. Thanks for any help.

Hello, thanks for contacting us. I have escalated this thread to our tech team. However, please be patient as the team is in and out of connectivity for a day or so. Just a quick question. You did download the MACOS FMS Data manager correct?
Yes, I did download the MacOS version.
I finally found a work around solution for this. I found this thread on Apple discussions and I was able to create a new admin user and install FMS Data Manager under that user. Here is a link for reference in case this might help your tech team. Thanks.
