Flight factor+xp12+navg= inop

  1. We’ve got XP12.

  2. Purchased FF B767

  3. Purchased Navigraph

NOW THE PROBLEM:

  1. Navigraph does not update FF FMC.

  2. Instead it updates some additional FMC box that suddenly appears on screen that, is NOT connected to any functions of the jet. What the heck is that!

  3. Using Navigraph is there a way to update the actual FF FMC or not? Is there a reasonable workaround? If not, then with regards to FF aircraft Navigraph subscription is of no value.

Note: there is support for XP 11 but, have found any for XP12.
Any help appreciated…… What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

Hi,
yes, we support the FF 767 for XP12 too.

Here, from our FMS Data Manager:

… and here from the ident page of the FF767 FMC:

So, it looks you have made some mistake somewhere …

Therefore, two additional questions/requests:

  1. How have you updated the FF767?
  2. Please can you post a screenshot of point 5 in your list?

Thank you
Richard

First, problem not resolved (yet)
2) thank you and Monaco for replying.
3) I updated FF B767 and the additional FMS display that appeared in corner of screen does not appear any longer. Oddly enough that FMS actually was up to date. Even though it wasn’t connected to any system on the B767. Weird…
4) In my screen shot you can see that it is different from your XP12 shot. (Even after “scanning”). Mine does not show the “GNS430, B757/767/777……” checkbox option for XP12. It does, however show it for XP 10. (Which is of no use to me.
5) Anymore ideas?
Thanks,
G

Hi…,

In FMS Data Manager Settings, check you have the latest version:

If not download and install from FMS Data Manager
Also in Settings, check you have the correct path for X-Plane 12, press Save.

In Addon Mappings tab select and Remove any X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 entries, press Scan and Save.

In Addon List, select and Update X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 12 entries.

Cheers
Ian
