Sorry for asking but I am totally new to this!
I am developing a program that needs a list of waypoints and airways including GPS coordinates, name, etc for each item.
With a subscription can I download this kind of data for use in my program?

The purpose and permitted usage of the data we provide via our subscription is described in the Terms of Service found here. Personal use and testing some of your private software, as long as it’s not made available to a larger audience, might perhaps be ok even if it’s not explicitly mentioned in the terms because there is no way for us to control this, similar to how it might be ok to remix some music for personal use.
However, if you plan to offer your software to a larger audience you should really seek the support of our developers. Not only for permission, but also for guidance and documentation.
