Could someone write me with calm and step by step how to work - or suggest me documents and videos- for set an IFR flight plan,move it to FMC of Fenix a320 working in mfs2020?

What do you mean with “not so simple”? There are videos where you see exactly the way to import the SimBrief flightplan into the Fenix:
