RealSimGear 430/530 is hardware which shows the data from whichever GNS avionics you have installed in X-Plane:

If you use the default X-Plane GNS 430/530 avionics, you can use the Navigraph FMS Data Manager to update Navigation Data using both default X-Plane and X-Plane GNS430 format entries.

If you use the RealityXP avionics plugin we cannot update as it uses the Garmin proprietary format which could be used in real world Garmin devices.
