Error: In MCDU Fenix A320 Invalid Fl-Plan uplink

Hello,

For about fifteen days even before the last Fenix update, I can no longer import the flight plan generated by Simbrief into the Fenix A320 MCDU.

Airacs are up to date in Simbrief and MSFS 2020, detailed navlog is checked, no dispatch error message. The error message INVALID FL-PLAN UPLINK in the flight plan concerned. see attached captures.

I contacted Fenix support who offered me solutions but none worked. Apparently I’m not the only one in this case, I posted this Problem on the Fenix A320 France Facebook group, I had several simmers who are in my case. Can you help us ? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I don’t see anything inherently wrong with your flight or route.

I’m afraid we’ll need to wait for Fenix to troubleshoot and identify why the route uplink is failing. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I’m getting the same error “INVALID F-PLN UPLINK” in the Fenix A320, VOBL-HAAB flight.
All software and AIRAC up to date, including the Fenix Add-on in Navigraph Hub.

The AIRAC updated, and Fenix add on Navigraph.

Everyone with this issue, you need to instead report it to Fenix so they can investigate the cause.

“INVALID F-PLN UPLINK” could mean anything, we didn’t develop the Fenix add-on and are not able to troubleshoot such errors.

If after investigating, Fenix determines there is an issue with our API, they will reach out to us directly. But they first need to investigate the root cause on their end, based on your reports. Please submit these reports to them so they can do that. :slight_smile:
