Limiting factor here is tank capacity, but OFP indicates the landing weight is instead (2351L when the MLW “margin” appears to be 11881 kg).

BER format correctly indicates the fuel capacity as the limiting factor; default LIDO does not provide that information and is therefore unaffected. I have not tested other formats.
