Demo Mode with Ultimate Subscription

I purchased the Ultimate Monthly subscription however when I load into the charts program it has me in demo mode why is this?

Hi,
you’re using the wrong username/email … With your current account marco_caria, you haven’t a subscrption. You should use WWErocks22 and/or your gmail address.

PS: you should delete/remove this (marco_ciara) account to avoid this in the future

Also does anyone know how to unlink the navigrpah account from the a320 since I used the wrong account linked wiht the aircraft its the fly by wire
