Delete or change subscription

I Can’t change my subscription to Ultimate yearly, I sighed up for Navdata subscription on 4/2/2022 for a year Is there all possible to take the Navdata subscription to get a refund on it.
I need the subscription with chart access please help . Can’t upgrade to ultimate subscription do I need to wait until my current subscription ends I just started it on 4/2/2022. Or get a credit on Navdata subscription and pay the differences to get the Ultimate yearly subscription any advice to fix my account.


I don’t see you having any subscription at present. I suggest you subscribe to Ultimate to get Charts and FMS Data. If it turns out you have doubly paid, we shall of course refund the extra payment.
