Default CI

Hello,
just because i want to fly always the same CI i changed my Aircraft Profile and set under
“Airframe Performance” the “Default Cost Index” to 25.
Now after Generating the first Flightplans i must see the CI in the Flightplan is not 25 as i expect.

Did i understand the Settings wrong or is there something wrong.

Matthias

Hi, the default cost index in the airframe options simply controls the default cost index value when selecting this airframe on the flight options page:

If you go back and edit previously created flights, the cost index that gets populated in this field will be the one you had set when you saved/generated that flight, not necessarily the airframe’s default value.

However, if you create a new flight and choose this airframe from the list (or deselect and reselect this airframe when editing a previous flight), you should see that the cost index will be reset to “25”.

Best regards,

Ahh yes, after i read i create a NEW Flight and here we go…CI set to 25.
Normally i create a flight and for the next flight i just changed the DEP and ARR Airport.
That meight be the reason it did not work.

Thanks for the Answer…Solved
