Cruise Level Offset

Hello what is meant by Cruise Level Offset.
My Fleet is 777-200LR

Hi, this option offsets the optimum cruising altitudes in SimBrief.

So if you generate a flight with no cruise offset, it might plan an altitude of FL350. If you then set a cruise offset of M2000 (-2000 ft), and plan the same flight, it should plan FL330 instead.
