Couldn't Load Nav Data: Couldn't Open File - Per AviTab Log

In X-Plane 12, cannot get Navigraph data to sync. with AviTab. The AviTab tablet, when activated within any x-plane 12 aircraft, says ‘no data avaialable.’ Works well in X-Plane 11. No issues at all. (I own both).

Attached is the AviTab log which mentions a navdata loading problem.

I have updated/reloaded X-Plane 12 and scenery via the XP 12 installer. I have run the Navigraph Data Manager as I do every month for the past few years and all seems fine.
