The APRES2 is a special SID from the Eagle County airport, primarily used by Part 121 operators in and out of that airport and requires A-RNP. It’s not a public SID, but is commonly used by carriers. The data appears in the Navigraph dataset, but the associated chart doesn’t appear in the Navigraph Charts product.

We don’t offer carrier related charts. These charts are normally tailored for the customer, who pays a lot for that. It’s simply too expensive to add it, sorry.
