Hi every time i try to import a fp from simbrief it gives me the error “cant load flightplan” what should i do?

Welcome.
Make sure you Generate Flight in SimBrief.
We need more information, on the format of the flight plan you are creating, what FS and aircraft you are importing into, how you are doing this.
Maybe upload a flight plan using 
above

i clicked generate flight plan and i was using the su100
and i imported to msfs.
I allso made a new flightplan from egkk to edds with a a320 it gives the same error.
I allso realized that all of my flights were erased on my flights tab
