Cant get reccomended SIDS/STARS

Hello, so I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but it used to be able to click on the find SIDS/STARS button next to where you analyze the route, and it would give me a list of the correct SIDS or STARS to choose from, however now when I click the button nothing seems to happen. I planned several flights from different airports, and none of the times could I get the button to work.

So am I doing something wrong or is there a fix for this?

Hi, if the route you are planning happens to only connect to 1 or less SID/STARs, the box will not appear. It will simply insert them directly into the route without prompting.

Please provide screenshots and examples of the city pairs and routes you are using when you are getting this issue.
