Can't download fpln from Navigraph to cj4 and tbm

Hello Navigraph, I am encountering problems importing fplns from Navigraph to msfs. Please be gentle with me, I’m not a computer savvy.
I’ve subscribed to Navigraph a couple of weeks ago, I’ve downloaded everything as per instructions and it worked perfectly in the cj4. I was able to import 2 fplns from Navigraph.
Did the same thing for the tbm, it worked as well. If I remember correctly I even downloaded a fpln from SimBrief and it worked.
Went back to cj4 and it doesn’t work anymore, tried the tbm again and same as the cj4 not working, actually it is importing something but it seems like msfs its adding waypoints to it and the fpln is a mess.

This is all I get after exporting an active fpln from Navigraph to msfs.
Thank you in advance for helping me solve the problem, other than that charts are working beatiful!!!

There are at least two ways to enter saved flight plans into the WT CJ4 FMC

  1. From SimBrief
  • In SimBrief, create/edit a flight plan, press Generate plan to create OFP.
  • In CJ4 WT MOD SETTINGS enter your SIMBRIEF PILOT ID
  • In CJ4 IDX\ROUTE MENU, click FPLAN RECALL (SB)
  • The OFP should be loaded
  1. From GAME
  • In Navigraph Charts you create/edit a flight plan, Export in MSFS 2020 (pln) format.
  • In MSFS World Map, load this flight plan.
  • In CJ4 IDX\ROUTE MENU, click FPLAN RECALL (GAME)
  • The plan loaded in World Map should be loaded.
