Cannot unlock AIRAC despite valid subscription

Hello,

I purchased a annual subscription in January this year with Simbrief and meanwhile Navigraph acquired SImbrief, so I created a navigraph account. Now I wanted to unlock the new AIRAC but it says, my account is not authorized to and I need to buy a new subscription although I have 3 months left still.

How do I proceed now?

Hi Marian,
I have looked into your account, and with this account (MarianAndras) you donĀ“t have any subscription. What account have you used before? Because when you wrote you have purchased an annual subscription in January with Simbrief, than it looks like, you have done this with another account/email.
