Cannot unlock AIRAC despite valid subscription

Hello,

I purchased a annual subscription in January this year with Simbrief and meanwhile Navigraph acquired SImbrief, so I created a navigraph account. Now I wanted to unlock the new AIRAC but it says, my account is not authorized to and I need to buy a new subscription although I have 3 months left still.

How do I proceed now?

Hi Marian,
I have looked into your account, and with this account (MarianAndras) you don´t have any subscription. What account have you used before? Because when you wrote you have purchased an annual subscription in January with Simbrief, than it looks like, you have done this with another account/email.

I have the same problem and I have unlimited subscription. I am unable to unlock the AIRAC code I want.

Hi Ole,

You have an Unlimited subscription so can access the latest AIRAC data in SimBrief and FMS Data Manager.

Please note You must unlock this AIRAC first!.

I generate my flight plan in Sin´mBrief with current time and corresp Airac code 2213.
I have unlocked this Airac code in the appr table.When I start the Sim and load the fl plan into FMC I get the following message:

What does "Currently loaded in X-plane mean, I am using current time and the c orresp code which in this case is 2213.
But I seem to mess this up, I have tried everything now, and it will not work.

Hi Ole,

Make sure you install the latest AIRAC into X-PLANE 12 using FMS Data Manager.

Hi, I have updated using FMC manager, but unfortunately the problem persist.

why have you mapped the XP12 manually? This user mapping in the FMS Data Manager is seems to be wrong …

Delete the mapping and re-scan your system, that the FMS Data Manager can detect your XP12 installation path.

Reinstalled FMS data manager and was given opportunity to scan - and now it works.
