Welcome.

In FMS Data Manager Settings make sure the FSX path is correctly set and saved.

If QW not updating, in Addon Mappings select QualityWings 757, Bae 146, Avro RJ and Remove. Scan again and Save.

In Addon List select and Update QualityWings 757, Bae 146, Avro RJ.

Can you load the Navigraph flight plan into QW757 FMC from the FMC?
