C750 req pending

Tried following what is in this post.. C750 ‘REQ PENDING’ Simbrief https://forum.navigraph.com/t/c750-req-pending-s

with no luck. Only time i get a flight plan to load is when i delete navigraph data and restart computer. Help please.

Thanks for replying to my topic.

  • Advise which version of MSFS (2020 or 2024), and confirm you are using a non-beta version.

    • 2024, SU5, non beta.

  • Implement the steps at FAQ - MSFS2024 (SU3 and above) - airport, procedure, waypoint, 3rd party & flightplan import issues

    • Read through instructions, what does it mean to reset file? Delete it? If so, already attempted and no joy.

  • Provide the flight plan that causes the error in plain, copyable text.

    • KPTK*/09R N0493F430 CLVIN3 CLVIN DCT APPLS DEHAN3 KPDK/*03R

  • Detail the steps you have taken to load the flight plan, with screenshots of any errors using Guide to posting Screenshots .

    • Using FMC and press Recall FP, get a line of text showing “REQ PENDING” and never finishes
    • Also when entering manually, the FP on MFD does not show lines connected waypoints.
    • I was able to reproduce at 3rd party and non 3rd party airports with different FP. Issue goes away when not using navigraph arac data.
    • Will post more photos when I can.

Yes, delete it and let the sim rebuild it… and? If this hasn’t solved your issue, have you tried the follow-up steps in the FAQ as well?

deleted content file. Ran msfs 2024 with empty community folder except for navigraph data and no joy. still would not import flight plan. Stuck on “req pending”.
