Breakpoint Exception Error

I came home from work tonight to find my computer on, likely from my girls trying to do something, and this error message showing before logging into Windows 11…

I’m guessing they rebooted my system. However, I’m not sure if they did. Any clues?

Hello! Welcome back to the forum!

It’s a bit puzzling, but I guess we’ll make another investigation as soon as we have available resources! In the meantime, please see the linked thread for more details!

Hello again! I have two follow-up questions:

Which version of Windows 11 are you on? You can find out by following these steps:

  1. Press ⊞ Win + ⊞ R
  2. Type winver and press enter
  3. Note the version being shown in the window that opens

Also, what version of the Navigraph Hub are you using? The version number is shown at the bottom of the Navigraph Hub window.

If you open the Navigraph Hub and leave it running, then shut down the computer normally, do you get this message?

Kind Regards,
Malte
