Navigraph NavData Center Sign In window frozen

When launching the Navigraph Navdata windows desktop application, this window pops up and does nothing.
I have the 1.0.10 software revision running Chrome with my Firewall turned off.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Ok. Issue resolved. If anybody is having this problem, this is what I did to get it working:

  1. Boot into Safe Mode with Networking (google this if you don’t know how to to it. I am on Windows 11)
  2. Run the NavData program.
  3. Log into your NavData account and then update AIRINC.

After I did this…I booted back into normal mode and ran the application again. This time it ran with no issues.
