Airway changeover point and waypoint cross radial ID?

There are minute differences between real charts and Navigraph charts and the biggest one I seem to have issues with is the changeover point on an airway. Figuring the distance is hard enough when it’s not always displayed on shorter segments, requiring to click on them to get the distance of the segment, but when involving medium distance VORs or those without DME, there’s no easy way to know when to switch over to the next station without monitoring it and using it in sim once the flag shows it’s in service range. But then you can’t use Nav2 for cross-radial identification (which is also missing from the charts) for when DME is inop or unavailable.
