Have you checked the permissions as you are reading in the message? Can you upload the screenshot of the permissions please?

… can you do the same with the permissions of your user, because the screenshots show the permission “all application packages”

Not 100% but it is also ok because you see, that the user group doesn’t have write access to the corresponding folder and thats the issue.

So, try to give this group full permissions (both folders) and it should work.

Still no joy, i’m at a loss now i’ve reinstalled all navigraph products but i’m got the same issue.

It looks now, that the download failed or is corrupt. Do you use any VPN, Antivirus, … Can you try the same with any other connection?

Again, it looks now that the download doesn’t work correct.
