Aerosoft A320 MCDU1 Active Nav Data Base shows 0, can't access fns data from Navigraph

I am not sure about what is happening. I have my Navigraph updated to the newest AIRAC which is 2412 and installed to the Aerosoft folder (Documents/Aerosoft/General/A3XX Navigraph). But after I enter the game, the aircraft’s mcdi did not show the current AIRAC 2412 and cannot read any airports data. I tried to enter the flight route, it showed NOT IN DATABASE. Can somebody help me please
I saw the “cycle” document and there is the current AIRAC which is the correct NAVDATA, but it can’t show up in the aircraft’s MCDU.

Please advise Operating System, Flight Sim and aircraft all with version numbers.

Please detail how you have “updated to the newest AIRAC”
