Charts aren’t working for me even tho my simbrief and Navigraph account are linked onto the tablet, when I put the ICAO code for my current flight it doesn’t let me pull anything up

Please ensure that you are using the correct account when signing into Navigraph.
Other than that, there is little that we at Navigraph can do to help you - we did not develop the Navigraph integration in the aircraft. You will have to turn to the addon developer for support since they are the only ones who know what their code looks like!
