Simbrief is saying that ZUZH (Panzhihua Baoanying Airport) is invalid but volanta recognizes it and its not like its a new airpott it was opened in 2003 and is still operated today under the same icao code ZUZH and the iata PZI.

Even though a Chinese airport may exist, unless it is published in their International AIP, to external users, the airport does not exist.
