ZULS missing RNP procs

Hello,
I had been flying to Lhasa Airport (ZULS) on my simulator many times and I noticed that, in real operations, planes use RNP procedures for approaches. In sims, however, we can only use ILS or visual, because the RNP data are kind of restricted and not provided to the Jeppesen.

I have the RNP data (From some official charts) in ARINC 424 format that I can provide, Is it possible for Navigraph to add them as tailored records so that these procs can be used for all Navigraph users?
