My system is running with win10, Firefox and Google Chrome.
And I use STB Trafficboard, ChasePlane, Active Sky, AIFlow and AIGround all started by SimStarter without any problems.
The only iissue is the PMDG EFB.
What kind of chart file do you have in the \AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG EFB folder. My folder is empty. Two years ago I had a also a Navigraph licence and all running on the same sytem without any problems.
The file is merely named ‘charts’ and does not have a file extension and appears to be created upon login to NG charts via the popup on first access to terminal charts.
Thats the point, at the first start of the Aircraft after the new installation there was no popup to login.
What irritates me is that there is no device entry on the Navigraph website, in my account.
Quite possible something is blocking that popup, either a browser popup blocker or AVIRA.
Hello scrooke,
last night I’ve started the Sim with IExplorer and Antivir disabled. Same result. EFB don’t connect to Navigraph. It’s not logical either because 2 years ago it works on the same sytem.
What it’s intresting, if I press the Initialize button on the EFB the “Fault sign” vanishes until I press the Terminal Charts button, then it lights up again.
Kind Regards
Marco
Navigraph cannot give you any further input. It seems to be a PMDG issue.
We have still not received any input from PMDG on this matter. You are likely way better off asking them directly in their forum, as that will pressure them to investigate it! They have the means necessary to do this, we do not.
As mentioned before, I don’t have the product that you are having issues with and even if I had it - I could only find what srcooke has already shown - that it should work fine ![]()
Perhaps PMDG can tell you why you don’t have those folders. I am pretty sure they can help you find a way to sign out of the EFB at least!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Ok, I’m also waiting for an answer from PMDG.
Thank you for your kind support.
Kind Regards,
Marco
