Weird step-climbs

I’ve planned a B737-800 flight from LZIB to LEBL, which resulted in the following route:

However the step-climbs are weird:

First climb to 340, then down to 120 and then up to 320?

The segment from TRAUN to KPT, in the RW validator, shows a Critical Yoyo as the MAA for that segment is 12000 ft.

This validates, capped at FL340
