Can someone please help ? Its Just a spinning circle and will not authenticate

No me inicia sesion en simlink
Simlink won't connect Windows 11

Sir,

having an unusual problem with navigraph and simlink, navigraph charts link just fine to CRJ 700/900 professional I have on my prepard 3D, but with quailtywings 787 its just says navigraph authentication timed out

I did include my simlink logs

[2025-11-12 04:00:52] Status: -6; Last error: 997
[2025-11-12 04:09:10] Navigraph Simlink Addon (v.1.1.40.1707) for P3D (x64) has unloaded.
