I use MSFS Addon-Linker for both MSFS 2020 and 2024. A post in 2021, FAQ - MSFS Recommendation/using Addon-Linker - content.xml file , discussed problems caused by deleting the context.xml file. Is this still true for MSFS 2024? The post also suggested to send an updated context.xml file in for review because apps are supposed to be in a particular order. Where should it be sent for review?
I noticed an app missing in my MSFS 2024 toolbars in both 2D and VR. I had to delete the contex.xml file so MSFS 2024 could rebuild it. It seemed to resolve the problem but not sure how to determine if I violated a condition discussed in that 2021 post and if my context.xml file needs to be sent somewhere for review to make sure my addons are listed in the correct order.
Also is it possible to move the Navigraph addons to a different location so that MSFS Addons-Linker can be used to select them instead of having the always reside in the default community folder? Suggestions please? Thanks!
