As title says, I can’t import. The button is greyed and it says “(incompatible or no flightplan)”.

Welcome.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed latest Navigraph Navdata Center,
To ensure you have latest, for Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel press Remove and Install
In the In-Game Panel, check you are trying to load an MSFS saved plan.
