Unable to add approach

things have been working fine until around 30 minutes ago. i was told to restart because there is an update. now i am unable to add an approach to my route in the MacOS desktop app. the ‘add to route’ button is there, it just doesn’t do anything anymore. thanks for any advice

Hi Andy,

A number of your posts suggest you may have an intermittent internet connection issue? You might like to disable your antivirus, firewall and check your modem connections.

Otherwise try to the normal uninstall/reinstall of Charts and checking of Charts Cloud and restart of machine.

it works again today. i didn’t do anything specific to fix it. i’m pretty sure my internet was fine though, it’s been working properly with all other sites that i’ve tried anyway.
