Route not show

What I expected to happen.

→ When we load the route in the application it should show on the map the entire route and load the charts of the airports of origin and destination.

What actually happened

–>When I load the route in the application , it is not showing the route on the map and it is not loading the charts of the airports of origin and destination. I show you in a screenshot.

My flight plan for that flight was:

MGGT/02 TIKISN TIKIS UG765 IMOLO UR506 KALNO VETSI1 MUHA/I06

So, right now I fly from MUHA to MHTG and I’m keep the same problem.

MUHA/06 ABAN4C UHA DCT DUTAN DCT FUNKO DCT SELEK G439 CISNE R890 AGUAN DCT TALAG TALA1A MHTG/02

In the app for desktop it’s everything ok, but in app for iOS it’s the problem.

Here is Navigraph Charts 8.38.1 on my iPad 11 running iPadOS 18.3.1 using
MGGT/02 TIKISN TIKIS UG765 IMOLO UR506 KALNO VETSI1 MUHA/I06

Please check iPad specs and iOS version meets Navigraph requirements of OS iPad/iPhone 12.4 or later.

Yes, I have a iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.3.1
Only we have the problem in my iPhone, in my laptop with desktop App Navigraph I don’t have any problem.
I’m use the last version of Navigraph (8.38.1). I don’t know why happens that’s issue.

I think it may be my connection speed, because IVAO traffic or maps are sometimes not loaded correctly.
I’ve already tried it at different times of the day where the connection improves a lot but it’s still the same.

Hmm, here is the same on my old iPhone XS max

Maybe try a different network connection if/when you can to see if that is the issue

Power user here- I’ve been having this same issue with the iPad OS and iOS for weeks now. Route import from SimBrief but the route doesn’t show up on the map.
