Traffic/ATC not showing up

Good evening,

VATSIM/IVAO traffic and ATC aren’t showing up at all on my app, even though my app is up to date. I have tried switching all 4 of them on/off but it just doesn’t seem to be working, is this a known bug?

Sure, all of them are turned on, this is what it looks like on my end.

Great tool , however untill now i only see Vatsim ATC , no traffic

Very strange. We are not able to reproduce. Can you test on a phone instead of desktop PC or vice versa, and also try a different Internet connection if possible?

Great feature (something I’ve suggested to the Navigraph team during FS Weekend 2024).
Traffic at IVAO is visible. It look like IVAO ATC positions are invisible

IVAO ATC is visible too

It was a temporary outage at IVAO but started working again after a little while.

I’m getting the same issue with Vatsim traffic not showing on my secondary PC… If I look up an airport and look at the network tab it shows the inbound traffic to that airport. But nothing shows up on the map. Tried an uninstall / reinstall but that didn’t help.

I loaded it up on my Samsung Phone and everything works fine there…

Is there a new port that needs to be opened up maybe on the PC?

Same here, works fine on my phone but nothing shows up on my computer (the app works perfectly well apart from that).

Same thing for me with the app, no Vatsim and IVAO traffic or ATC.
The OS is Windows10
I always use this laptop for the Navigraph Charts App. and never had problems.
I did a test with charts.navigraph.com in the Edge browser, it doesn’t work either.
But starting it in the Firefox browser everything is OK and i can connect tot Vatsim and IVAO traffic and ATC.
Very strange. Any idea?

Sadly still not working on my end. I’ve also just noticed that map layers (airspace layers etc) don’t seem to be working anymore, I can’t turn them on or off. I’d be curious to find out if Ad and CXA are experiencing the same thing.

If you use the Chrome browser, could you please

  1. go to chrome://net-internals/#dns and press “Clear host cache”
  2. go to chrome://net-internals/#sockets and press “Flush socket pools”

If you use the Edge browser, could you please

  1. go to edge://net-internals/#dns and press “Clear host cache”
  2. go to edge://net-internals/#sockets and press “Flush socket pools”

Any difference?

If it still doesn’t work, could you change DNS server on your computer to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8?

No luck for me either… I did both the Chrome and Edge options, and both DNS server…
