Just stumbled over this as I was flying to Vagar from BIKF with Syintentions.
In the charts the only frequencies listed are the AFIS and Reykjavik Center, which most likely is not reachable from the ground there.
Here however EKVG : Vagar there is is an actual tower frequency (120.2) listed in addition to the AFIS. Could you add that?

Your reference is community-maintained and is not a reliable source. I may be missing some details, but your source does not mention any official sources or show the date when the frequency was added.
The Danish AIP (which covers the Faroe Islands) only lists the AFIS frequency, which is the same one that we have in our application. Here is a link to a current reference from real-world authorities: EK_AD_2_EKVG_en.pdf
