TLR/Runway Analysis Question/Issue

I have a question regarding TLR/Runway Analysis.

When I am on the dispatch page and generate a flight with the Runway Analysis box checked it does not generate a TLR. Why is this?

Is there a way to fix this and or could this be fixed?

I believe the TLR is only supported with the JBU OFP Format
