As per I can no longer log in to Simbrief Dispatch in MSFS 2020 - #31 by skysail, a new version is available. In Navigraph Hub, please Update SimBrief Dispatch for MSFS.

Thank you for letting us know you are already on the latest version (1.3.0).

If you continue to have this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-ingamepanels-simbrief-dispatch-2020\work
  1. Press enter. A Windows Explorer window should open. You should see one file - datastore.dat.
  2. Remove the file
  3. Start the simulator

If you are using the Steam version, let me know! The path is different!

No, not LocalCache. The path I provided is for LocalState.

The former contains the addon itself (the SimBrief panel in this case). The latter contains byproducts that are created and/or used when using the addon.
