Thank you for letting us know you are already on the latest version (1.3.0).

If you continue to have this issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type the following:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\navigraph-ingamepanels-simbrief-dispatch-2020\work
  1. Press enter. A Windows Explorer window should open. You should see one file - datastore.dat.
  2. Remove the file
  3. Start the simulator

If you are using the Steam version, let me know! The path is different!
