Hello, I would like to talk about a problem I experienced. When entering the arrival information into the mcdu device, no star dot appears. I don’t understand the reason and I updated the airac information from the Navigraph application, but I cannot create my landing route in any way. Please I would be happy if you help.

Ok LTFJ is a bad example, because the scenery in the MSFS is outdated. There are runways missing in the MSFS and therefore the MSFS disable the terminal procedures … in real you have 06LR / 24LR and not only 06/24 as in the MSFS. That´s not what we have in our hands and should report to ASOBO/MS.
You wrote it happens an all airports. Do you have another example - ie. ESSA, LOWW, EDDF, …

LTFJ is actually a very common airport and I am the only one experiencing this issue. Other users are not currently experiencing this issue. Do I need to mention another airport as an example?
No user will see any terminal procedure at LTFJ, when you are using the stock scenery (no 3rd party scenery), because, as I have written, this is a MSFS issue and not a navdata issue. The scenery is simply outdated because there are no runway 06/24 available, only 06L/R and 24L/R …
So, in this case (LTFJ), other users can’t see the terminal procedure with the stock scenery also. You have the terminal procedure installed but you can´t use/select it due the MSFS limitation. Try to install a 3rd party scenery for LTFJ, which have the real-world runways (06LR/24LR) and you will immediately see all terminal procedures
Yes, please provide another example, as I have requested: LOWW, EDDF, ESSA, … when it´s correct what you write, you shouldn´t see also any STARs there. Can you confirm it?

Now, when I tried to leave from the LTFJ airport that I mentioned earlier, there was a problem while entering the departure information. So, you are right, I think there is a problem with the airport. However, now another route that I created is missing a part. What is the reason for this?

Sorry if I didn’t explain it well enough. I wanted to go from LTFJ to LTAF airport. After entering the departure and arrival information, my navigation information appeared in pieces.
