What you saw was created using cycle 2504, which does not contain the fix. You should now see the correct result:

After a remote session, we concluded that the packages in question had been disabled from the library section in the MSFS marketplace. This meant that neither the navigation data nor the plugins were loading, resulting in the situation in the screenshots! Please let us know if you have any further issues.
