Hi,
Please review the following points for Simlink Moving Map functionality:

Ensure that you are logged into the Simlink application with the same Navigraph account that you use for the Navigraph Charts application.

Check your network settings to see if there is any configuration that might be blocking the Simlink application from accessing the Navigraph server.

If you are using P3D, please reinstall the Simlink Plugins for P3D.

Please verify the P3D plugins folder configuration from here.
