Simlink not connecting to flight simulator

Simlink unable to connect to flight simulator even though simlink is running

If you are not using Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS), please check whether you have installed the Simlink Plugins from Simlink Plugins Windows.

Could you please provide details about the issue you are currently experiencing with the Navigraph Simlink application?

To assist you better, please let us know the following information:

  1. Which Flight Simulator are you using?
  2. Have you updated to the latest version of Simlink (1.1.35) on the same system where Flight Simulator is installed?
  3. Have you installed the updated Simlink plugins for your Flight Simulator? (You can skip this step if you are using MSFS.)
  4. Please ensure that you are logged into the Simlink application with a valid Navigraph account.
  5. Note that the Simlink application is supported only on Windows and macOS.

If you are using the MSFS then make sure that Simlink is running and you have login with valid Navigraph user in Simlink application.

And please send us Simlink log file which is located at %appdata%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Hi,

When you click the “Sign In” button in Simlink, it should open your web browser for you to log in with your Navigraph account. If the web browser does not open automatically, please check if Simlink is being blocked by any security applications or Windows settings. Additionally, if you are using a VPN or proxy, please disable it.

If you continue to experience issues, please follow these steps to reset the Simlink configuration.

Should the problem persist after performing the above steps, kindly send us the Simlink logs, which can be found in the following folder: %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs.

Please let us know if you still encounter any issues.

SimLink will automatically connect with Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) 2020 and 2024, eliminating the need for any additional plugins.
Ensure that the SimLink application is running on the same machine as MSFS.
