Simlink keeps logging me out

Hi,

If you are experiencing frequent SignOuts from the Simlink application, please check the following:

  1. Ensure that your system date and time are set to auto-sync.
  2. Make sure the timezone settings are also configured for auto-sync.

If the timezone setting is disabled, try logging in as an administrator. If you are still unable to enable the auto-sync for the timezone, you can modify the registry value using the Registry Editor.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Navigate to the following registry path:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\tzautoupdate\Start
  • Change the value to: 3
