I have tried to login to simlink, it works and then immediately logs me out. Could you please help?
Hi…,
Welcome.
I suggest you try a complete Simlink install :
-
Please use the Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink:
-
If they exist, delete directories
c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink and
c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink. -
Then, download and install the latest Simlink.
-
Restart computer
If still a problem, please send us Simlink logs, which are located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.
Also, please post screenshots of any error messages using Guide to posting Screenshots
Cheers
Ian
Unfortunately reinstalling Simlink did not help. I have attached the log file, it says “We had problems authenticating your account. Please check that your computer time is correct and try again.”. Time and date is correct and synced, actually the log shows correct time, but UTC. The Simlink window just shows message “You have been signed out” immediately after sign in is successful on Navigraph browser window. Could you please help.
Best,
Jarek

Hello,
Thank you for providing the Simlink log files. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
- Ensure that your system’s operating system date, time, and timezone are set to automatically sync with the internet.
- If you are using a VPN or any proxy settings, please disable them and try to sign-in again.
- If the issue persists, please clean up the Simlink configuration by following these steps.
Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance with this issue.
Thank you!

No proxy or VPN and date/time synced. I have removed simlink, deleted Navigraph folder, rebooted, and this time it worked. I hope it stays this way . Thanks for the help!

It did not stay that way. After about 10 minutes it is back o the same behavior. Log attached, same error there. Again, no proxy, VPN and time is correct. Could you please help?
Best,
Jarek
