Simlink disconnects "cant contact identity server"

Hi,

for about 1 week simlink disconnects randomly and signs me out during the flight… error message is “cant contact simlink navigraph identity server” (dont have the exact wording)…

Hi,

Please check the below points,

  1. Maker sure your OS time is synced with internet time.
  2. If you are using any antivirus or security software then, please allow Simlink from that.
  3. If you are using VPN or proxy then please disable it and check again with the Simlink application.
  4. Make sure that the Simlink application is allowed from the firewall.

Please let us know, is your issue is fixed or not.
