Simlink broken since new Charts App update

Hello, Simlink integration with charts android app has broken it no longer tracks my plane anymore, this has only happened since the latest update to the app?

Thanks,

Blake

Im experiencing same issue on my tablet and phone both android, after updating yesterday 10-6-26. My phone is S25, and my tablet is galaxy tab A9+

My app version is 8.45.0 Build 5f1eb27c9

Hi…,

On FS machine, from near the Windows Systray, confirm your SimLink status shows

Broadcast flight data to server successfully:

My simlink is looking like that picture you posted, same version number and simulator numbers are moving up in believe as my flight is going on

Hi @blk137 @jzilla09

Do you see the same issue on the Charts desktop app and/or the web app?

Also, can you send the most recent Simlink log file, please.

  1. Open Simlink
  2. Select the Logs tab
  3. Press the Open log folder button in the bottom right
  4. In the window that opens, find the latest modified file and upload it to your next post here!

Thanks

Apologies ive missed some key information, basically whats happening on my end is that the app is tracking my flight when I press the Focus button at the bottom right of the app, but what is no longer showing is my actual aircraft as the blue triangle anymore it just stays at my departing stand and doesn’t show for the rest of the flight so when I press the focus button it shows it tracking but blue triangle isnt showing it stays where it is since the start even after retrieveing latest info in simlink. Only happened since updating app.

Thanks

Thanks

I’m having a similar issue as user blk137:

See here:

Similar issue I think. The trace line is moving, but the arrow is stuck.

Simlink working fine.

Thanks for the reports, guys, we’re investigating.

same with me on my android phone, this happen since update, on desktop it’s okay, and in sim working find, i tested 3 airplane all of them not traking

I really hope they will find a solution for us soon :frowning:

Hallo zusammen, ich habe auch tagelang herumgefummelt und genau das gemacht wie oben beschrieben. Leider auch ohne Erfolg. Der Ausweich auf den Browser funktioniert zwar, ist aber nicht so kompfortabel wie die App, da ja immer noch etlicher Platz auf dem eh schon kleinen Screen des Tablets verloren geht.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass man sich hier mal ins Zeug legt und nicht nur immer versichert man sei an der Sache dran.

Please post in English.

Cheers

Ian

access Navigraph chart cloud via browser on my android, but screen will goes off followed by lock screen duration, but for me it’s okay, while wait for the apps fix soon, thanks

Hello,

I’m also experiencing an issue since the latest update of Navigraph Charts on Android (The app actually works fine on iOS and Windows for me).

The aircraft position arrow freezes on the map. However, the map continues to move and remains centered on the aircraft’s actual position.

When I tap the follow button, the aircraft position arrow updates to the correct position, but freezes again after a few moments.

Same problem on the Android App. Only the forward movement on the Flightplan Map is not tracked. A turn of the aircraft however is and the app follows the aircraft also perfectly on the Airport Chart, while taxiing. The WIndows Desktop version of Charts works fine in all aspects.

I can verify the last report. As soon as the plane starts turning tracking seems to work fine.

nice ..will try soon, my i ask? did you try for full flight?

Hello, Same issue here also. Running Simlink and everything looks normal, but via my navigraph app on my tablet, it’s not moving, and the arrow is stuck, I have to turn it off via the app/tablet to see my progress… I uploaded txt file

simlink_2026-10-13.txt (385.1 KB)

the log file
