Simlink always signed me out

Description of the Issue

I didn’t got this bug regularly, but since yesterday, the Simlink often signed me out automatically. The app version was the latest.

Please go through the troubleshooting steps below and let us know if the issue still persists:

  1. Ensure that Proxy and VPN are disabled.
  2. Ensure that the OS settings for date, time, and location are set to automatically sync with the internet.
  3. Reinstall the Simlink.

Unfortunately, it keep me sign out. It is the latest version of app.

Please try the Simlink Configuration Clean-Up for a fresh installation of the Simlink application. Also, please let us know if signing out is only for the Simlink application or for all Navigraph products.
