So i recently subed my Navigrapagh sub but my simbrief account stil wony recognise the tha change and update the airac cycle.

Can you explain what you mean by “does not recognise your subscription”? What happened after you logged in? Or, where do you have the issues, at which step?
Please explain it more in-depth - good screenshots would also be helpful, so we can see the issue you’re experiencing.

So after Subscribing to navigraph, on the simbrief side of things, i still dont have an updated Airac cycle. it also tells me to subscribe to navigraph to have it update, meanwhile i have a running navigrapgh Subscription.
Is it possible that you are using the wrong account? Because with the current account (from here, the forum), you don´t have any active subscription. The last payments in June 2024 failed, and I can´t see any new payments …
You may have registered with another account, but not with the one you are using here in the forum. Can you check it please … when this is not the case, please get in touch with us with details (like account, payment, …) via email to account@navigraph.com

Youre Correct. My mistake. The wrong account was logged in. Thank you very much for the assistance. The right email is removed by Navigraph
